1. Payment Method
   • We accept debit/credit cards via Stripe (secure online payments only).
   • Full payment of £300 is required upfront to begin the Trace Search.
2. Refund Policy
   • “No Find, No Fee” Guarantee: If we cannot locate the person you’re searching for, you’ll receive a full £300 refund.
   • Refunds are processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.
   • No refunds are provided once a successful trace report has been delivered.
3. Service Delivery
   • Your Trace Search Report will be emailed within 24 hours of payment.
   • Delays may occur if insufficient details are provided; we’ll contact you if further information is needed.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
   • All searches are conducted privately. The person you’re tracing will not be notified.
   • Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
   • Unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action to recover costs.
